Aloha, I was just wondering about any place that does US coin prices including rare stuff. PCGS and NGC require an account, which is a little messed up.

    Any results?

You can access PCGS price guides without an account I believe. I have done it.

Finding a nice dealer to let you look at or photocopy his greysheet would be better though.

E-bay completed listings is the best real world free resource. I love numismaster.com, but I got a discount on membership (wouldn't have doen it otherwise). Other than that, the values in the Red Book aren't perfect, but I feel that they are close (you can shave 10-20% off most figures). I also like Coins magazine as their values update on a regular basis.

Proof and Matte Proof issues in the PCGS price guide? I can only find reg strikes, but its a nice guide. Thanks medoraman

Never mind, I have found them. So embarrassing of myself :rollling:

I will ditto ebay. It provides market value if you can weed out the prices on the fakes.
