Dents and marks, error or PMD?

    Error, psd, or pmd?
    I have a quarter and a dime with dents and marks on it.
    Also, the dime has a squiggly U, in "trust"
    Please help, thank you

    IMO based on the pics both coins are PMD (post mint damage).

    Think. Would the mint use dies that would produce that kind of quality?
