Defective planchet error or Acid bath ?

    I'm thinking acid bath but I believe the weight is correct for the planchet error ?

    Well, the weight is OK, but the coin looks like it was buried in acidic soil for awhile. I'd say environmental damage or exposed to something slightly corrosive.
