Decided I wanted to add a nice commerative 1/2 for my box of 20/showoff coins

Decided today that my collection needs at least 1 of the modern Commerative halves. After alot of searching and hunting I came across this one. After a bunch more hunting searching and priceing I had a hard choice.
the choice was between, Mint packaging $20.. MS69 Dcam $30 MS70 $35 Pf70 DCAM $45 or PF70 Ultra cam $45 as well. As you can see I went with the NGC as I think this one had the mose eye appeal.

Another one of the commem. series where I like the half better than the dollar. Those eagle hatchlings sure do look cute don't they?

 

Ive always liked that series.

Sometimes the Mint does put out decent designs. I think the platinum series has the best designs.
