Decent 1959. But is this toning?

Found this in a roll. Popped right out since it was in better shape than one from the 90s and 2000s . Hard to get the color to show up since I'm using an iPad. But seems to be a red/orange/ and some spots seems blue ring round the obverse and on the back seems to have more of it. Still a nice looking coin compared to the other 1959s I find.

It is attractive, but fairly standard roll type toning. There is no premium for this toning on this coin.
