Is this what is considered true doubled die?

Not so sure that is a doubled die Zach. I think it's more likely some chatter in the chamber or slippage that causes this but wait for the others to chime in.

 

There has been a die crack on most of the pennies in this roll. I'll see if I can get a good picture of it

 

Yes, I have many of them. On these, mostly in the hair and top left of the shield. Occasionally on the "O" in One.

 

There is a crack in the die through the T in cent. Also a die chip above the U in Pulribus

 

Good for you! You found a couple in places I have not

 

It looks like there is also a crack around the O in ONE. Its hard to get a good picture with this microscope though

 

Its been this whole roll. I've got most of the box so I'm sure there will be more
