I think what you have is Die deterioration doubling. This seems to be quite previlant with modern dimes. There has been several post about this. These are considered a type of error, but of very little value as far as that goes.
It may also be helpful if you familiarize yourself with the differences between modern "single squeeze" era "doubled dies" and the earlier/classic "multi squeeze" type. Gemmy mentioned this in another recent thread and made an excellent point in doing so.
