DDO or machine doubling?

Is this a 1980 ddo, or machine doubling. This is only on the 9

Only on the 9? It looks vaguely like http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1980&die_id=1980p1do001&die_state=mds but that has doubling on more than just the 9. If it is just the 9 then I vote MD.
Can you get clearer pictures?

The 1 doesn't match 1DO-001 on coppercoins. I'm gonna go with MD.
