DD ? MD ?

    Im new at looking at coin currency and have mixed thoughts of a possible DD, I would like to add that this does seem to have serefs in the letters ? Got any pointers id be delighted to hear some.

    Good pics but this is called incuse die doubling. Very common on the new quarters.
