I found this today and thought it might be a dbl ear lobe. I tried to add the full coin obverse and reverse but had a problem. Anyway this is a 1997 lincoln cent. Any insight will be appreciated.
In my opinion, no it isn't. It looks like a hit to me. A pic of the whole ear would tell a little more.
