darker green seal? or is this normal?

    looks like the machine was just inked up,not sure if this is considered any type of variety. have not heard anything

    Wouldnt think the one in the middle would be diffierent then the one
    Proceeding it and after it in regards to the placement of the green
    Seal??

    The other 2 bills were clearly folded, so the ink wore down, whereas the middle one still has most of it's ink raised.
