No I am not looking for the 7070. Lol.

I am looking for something to hold generic silver rounds. I want to build an album (not necessarily Dansco) but when I searched the Dansco album store I only found a silver rounds album which holds 40 mm coins and the coins I have are 39mm. I was going to use a blank dollar album but they are ported for 38.1 mm.

I thought there were albums that held airtites but I can't seem to find anything like that now.

    So............any suggestions guys?

I want to build a Zombucks album since my walker and morgue Anne arrived today and I just am not having any luck finding what I want.

Thanks in advance for the help!

If you want to see what I did to accommodate my Korean coins (for which likewise nobody ever made an album) take a look at my youtube pages. What I've done seems to be what you want to do (to see my albums, take a look at the youtube link below)

This is how I did it: My coins are kept in "T-size" Air-tite holders with black rings, presented in double 37mm Dansco coin pages (using two pages, taped together with double-sided tape), and bound in a 1 and 1/4-inch Dansco World Coin Library album. 37mm pages are perfect for "T-size" airtites with rings, and 44mm pages are perfect for "H-size" airtites with rings. I did the lettering on the album's spine myself with gold acrylic paint, and I had the front cover professionally stenciled by Litho Tech Custom Cover in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA. Dansco also does lettering, but you'd have to wait a while for them to do it for you. The lettering on the pages (the dates, etc) was done using blank Avery Dennison "Clear Easy Peel Return Address Labels" that I ran off my computer's printer. I know the labels are not completely transparent, but it's the best I could do.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I don't see any airtites that are big enough to hold my 39mm coins in either the 'H' or 'I' variety.

I did however discover that they make a direct-fit airtite (meaning no foam insert) that holds a 39mm coin AND is very close to the outside diameter of the 'H' airtites.

The 'H' airtites have an outside diameter of 44.5mm and the direct fits have an outside of 44.45mm. So I think it should work.

Checking the Dansco album store now for the blank pages.

One other question, how did you remove the inscription off the front of the album?

Actually another issue. I can't seem to locate the blank pages that hold those airtites. I don't see any pages that hold a 44.5mm diameter

Does anyone know or use Joel Anderson at joelscoins.com?

Apparently he can special order 39mm blank pages.

The albums are BLANK. They're called "Dansco World Coin Library" albums. You letter the front covers at a local lithographers (like I did), through Dansco (and take forever), or do it like these guys did:

If H-size doesn't fit, then use the next size airtite (I forget the letter they use for the next biggest ones). You can choose either rings or direct-fit. Seems you like direct fit.

I shop at www.valleycoin.com to buy my blank millimeter pages and blank albums. Inquire ahead of time with them to see what they have. If they don't work, google "dansco blank millimeter pages". You will see other retailers that sell them.

I actually found those blank albums at the Dansco album store. They weren't under 'World' anything though, so I think that was my confusion when trying to find them. They ended up being found through the 'Dansco Binder' tab instead of through the 'Dansco Album' tab. Either way I found it.

I guess I was trying to us the Dansco album store to locate the blank mm pages, turns out I found some over at Joel's Coins but thanks for the valley coins heads up. I have used them before so I'd rather repeat my business there. I think I'm just going to outright order 39mm ported pages so I don't have to double them for airtites and can just place the coins in raw. They are just generic bullion rounds after all.

I really appreciate you guiding me along to this conclusion. I would've never found this out this quick without the help of CoinTalk users like yourself. Thank you.

    Hey, no pro-blame-oh.

I only mentioned "World" Coin Library because that's what the inside back cover of the blank binders that I bought have written rather prominently in them. How the people organize them at that online store is up to them, obviously. But "binder" is probably the right word, yeah.

Yeah, storing 'em raw is okay, I guess, as long as you don't keep sliding the windows back and forth. I also add Littleton Corrosion Protection sheets to my albums, too. They are like a little flexible plastic page that has holes to fit into a Dansco album binder. Dansco makes their binders and slip covers with some sort of silver protection, too.

Good luck wit' it. Post pics when your done!
