Damage or clash error 1975 d penny

I have a penny that looks a bit odd it seems to have lines and what bears to be a number below the memorial I could chalk this one up to damage but would like a second opinion thanks.

That's not a clash.
Looks like a stain that has created weird designs on the surface.
That's considered Pareidolia

Can you make the pictures any smaller? I can almost make out it is a cent.

 

What Jersey magic is humorously saying is, please crop the background out of your photos so that the coins appear big enough in our screens that we can see more detail.
