I believe that this is a Fuld 204 / 413 variety. It is rated as an R-5, but it's got some damage along with some wear. It's a better variety, but you would have to find the collector who is looking for a bargain priced piece. The estimated population is 76 to 200.
Not bad but slightly damaged. This one has SPOT spelled correctly. There is another version in which SPOT is spelled SPOOT.
