I should have this one back from PCGSC in a couple weeks. When I first got it, my immediate thought was that someone took a sheet of $2 bills (available from BEP) and intentionally mis-cut the sheet. But the serial number proves otherwise. This is a gem, and will fetch at least a 65 grade.

Anyone have a clue as to value?

Yes, it is from a circulation production run of 128,000, and not from an uncut sheet. Nice find!
    I can't estimate a value for you.

Wait, how do you know it's not from an uncut sheet?
