Anyone care to help a fledgling paper currency collector buy some sleeves to preserve my finds? Not looking for anything other than info on where to go online for the best sleeves for the best price. Just save me the legwork of searching. TIA
Basically you can just do a google search or simply go on to the bay As there are numerous choices, however the quality isnt the same Always buy Mylar sleeves, there the best quality and wont screw up You collection, by cracking and yellowing like other products, you May have to pay a bit more but in the long run its worth it.
Thanks @mpcusa now that's info I can use. Mylar will work for me. Any direction as to who has the best mylar pricing? Just trying to save a few minutes
I highly recommend the Sellit Store. I’ve been buying mine here for years. Ask for Linda or Russell. http://www.sellitstore.com/mylar.htm
Wizard Coin Supply. I Get all mine from there. Also buy the semi-rigid type. They give the best protection.
I think the bottom line here is you can buy currency sleeves anywhere You just know which ones, allot of the TPG,S use a Mylar product So always best to stick with that for long term storage.
