    It is the first time i see this...thing
    I am very doubtful regarding its use as a calendar ( even if it is mentioned in french in the above link )

    Someone have changed a shape of this coin. Look at the normal coin.

    Given that there are only 23 points on the coin I see no way for it to have been used as a calendar. I'm sure there probably is some significance since there are apparently several examples like this, but I have no idea what that significance could be.

    Thanks to both: I can think of that may have been used as gear. Perhaps it was cheaper to get one.:confused:

    Doubtful, the spacing is too irregular and the size, shape of the points too irregular.
