Curious: what would you grade this coin?

It's one of my newer purchases and I'm curious how it would fare if sent off to NGC. Also, has it been cleaned?

The coin seems to have been stored away in a plastic wrapper inside a little manila envelope.

Thanks! I collect mostly ancient coins, so I'm new to a lot of this stuff. :)

I'd call it AU Details - Cleaned.

EF comparing to some graded examples
Can you believe that someone in Burma would clean a coin?

    Thanks all, really appreciate it!
I'm glad to see that my thoughts were running about the same, EF/AU. One thing that made me a bit uncertain was that the envelope it came in was labelled "VF" which seemed inaccurate. Also, these types seem to be somewhat prone to weak strikes which makes it a little difficult, perhaps.
Too bad it's been cleaned, but not surprising, I guess, so many are.
    Again, thanks for the input!
