Not an error coin, but I wasn't sure where else it might fit. I have had this for a long time, and was wondering if anyone might know the story behind this 1975 D cent. The Liberty Bell and the outline of the US appear to be engraved, or stamped into the coin, not printed upon it. The reverse has an area that looks like it was held in place with a spot of glue. I was thinking this may have been given out to visitors at the Liberty Bell??

    Thanks, and happy new year!

Counter-stamped as a souvenir. Some people collect them. Lots of different ones have been posted here over the years.
