    I think this is cud, but just wanting to make sure so to not ask in the future. Oh yeah, its on the R of liberty.

    It looks like a gas bubble to me. I assume the cent is dated 83 or later... from the looks of the reverse I'd guess it's an 84 but this is speculation.

    Typo error, the coin is an 1983 D.

    unfortunately no, in the early zincers they had troubles with the planchets... you see quite a few bubbles. Good eyes tho!
