Cuban 1897 Fractional Currency

I bought these at a local auction a couple of weeks ago.
I can't find any information on them. My favorite is the
reverse of the 10 centavo note.

Will post more of my purchases.

Dave, the currency posted after the Cuban notes will enlarge into a much larger size if you click on the,

MPCUSA, I can't get back to the MPC group to post the MPC 10 cent note and some other ones I bought.

The above are most of my recent purchases. I got involved in obsolete currency after viewing some of the notes in the paper money forum.

My wife gave me a 1945 silver peso from cuba that her father had put away. the bill is very worn off but you could still see the details.

 

I think most, if not all, of the beautiful old Cuban currency was printed by the American Bank Note Company.

I love those columbian exposition tickets! I didnt know there was more then one type until now either. Awesome!

 

The 20 & 10 centavo notes were issued in 1897 and the 5 centavo was issued in 1896.

I believe there were at least six different Columbian Expo tickets issued. I'm going to try to collect all six. My goal is trade/buy to get all six with ticket stubs attached.

Sorry for the foul up with the scanning as all of this is new to me. Recently I bought the equipment needed to take digital pictures of my collection. That's my next adventure.
