was out most of the day cruising a huge market with several gold shops. Some of the shops had packs or singles of new $2 bills for sale. No star notes though. One shop had some older bills and the best of the lot was this $2 red seal.
You just never know what you will get and where, huh? I need to make it to Vientienne the next time I go there. I have only ever been across the Mekong from Thailand into Laos.
