I'm going through 2009 Lincoln cents and noticed wrinkles around the edge of the eye. Or is it supposed to be that way? I mean, Abe is old. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are just flipped to get better angles of light.
Since your Cent is a Copper plated Zinc Cent I think that it is just a minor plating bubble or blister issue at the eye.
