I am not sure what you are trying to point out. If I was to access the coin. I would say circulation and a rough planchet.
Other than MD I also don't understand what your saying. Many times durring the minting process the coin struck that wiggles or shifts in the chamber. Thus making devices look doubled. Which isn't a doubled die but does causes the devices to have what looks doubled. However you can see the shelf like doubling. Which many find it difficult to distinguish between the two.
