Cracked Die or clash mark?

Going through a box of pennies I found this. Is this a cracked die or just a very long straight clash mark? Sorry about the quality of the photo of the entire coin. If needed will attempt to get a better copy.

    Thanks Dave

It's certainly not a clash mark. There is nothing to correspond to that mark on the reverse die.

It looks like a scratch to me. Note the gash in the rim at the lower end of the mark. I can see the zinc interior of the coin at the gash.

Looks to me like it was cut with somrthing very sharp but then again it is kind of hard to tell from the pics.

It's a scratch added after the coin left the coining chamber. It is no error. The odds are somebody cut it with an exacto blade.
