Hello everyone. Any thoughts on this dime. It came out of a N.F. String roll and there is a crack on the reverse in the area of the "A" in America and some type of indentation in the obverse around the date. Thanks for the help and I will try to get a better picture of the reverse.

    hamman88 Spare some change, sir?

It's an error, I think from very worn dies. Defiantly not PMD.

The obverse area feels like a small valley when you run your finger over it. It's almost like the the die rolled on it's edge a little and struck that area deeper than the rest of the face. I'll try to get some better pictures to help out. Thanks guys!!

P.S. The reverse crack is directly opposite of the obverse indentation if that helps.

It looks like a highly worn obverse die and a die crack on the reverse.
