Cowlick for Abe?

Meow's wallet has been very empty lately, so the CRH has been restricted to pennies. And these are what Meow found. Meow found a 1974d penny that depicts Abe with a cowlick. A 1969s with a floating rood reverse. And a 1979d that might be a RPM.

Almost a floating roof, are the FG initials present?

Meow checked, but cannot find any of the die markers. It must not be that one. Is it at least a D/D?
