These 2 circulation finds look like possible issues during mint process. If they are, I`m not sure how to classify them. 1st coin - edge/rim "cavities", one big and another small just below. There is a coin with exact same big dent in same place for sale on eBay, title says its an error. Coin on my photo got 2 of these. 2nd coin - red arrows mark issues where some metal is raised and pealing on the left. On the right, raised bubble-looking areas, seems like they are also about to peal. Lamination issue? PMDs or mint errors? What are they called if not PMD. Thanks.
Would it help mentioning that they are nickel plated steel? No body knows or no body cares since its not US?
