    I don't really think there's anything there, but all the same, I'm staring really hard at the space under the date on that 1909.

    That first one is oddly blurry -- can't really be sure if it's 1923 or 1925, and D or S.

    I see a 1925-D and a plain corroded 1909.

    Try a drop of vinegar on the 09. You got nothing to lose

    I wouldn't. If it actually looked like there might be anything there in-hand, I'd use strong oblique lighting. I don't think date restoration works very well on bronze cents.
