Couple of Interesting Pennies

    I don't believe these are errors, but I'm curious as to what kind of issues they are.

    Have a 1991 with some 'doubling' on the 'LIB' in Liberty. Probably just a worn die from everything else I've seen here, but figured I'd get your thoughts.

    Also have a 1992 D with some 'silver' marks above a few letters in 'STATES.' No clue what would cause that...

    I'm assuming they're both worth one cent, but curious...thanks!

    Worn Die Strike.
    Die Deterioration effect. Split plating on Reverse is also a worn die effect.
