I have no info on this 1958 nickel. The gap between the leaf lobes (top left) is filled in. Is this a recognized error? Any info is appreciated.

    A regular 1958 Canadian nickel.

Seems like a die issue, or die stage.

Is there a D/C from a denticle to the leaf tip and to inside the leaf? It may have been a D/C that just chipped out. On the rim it might have been a cud.
