Couple of $50s with "embossing" - any premium?

    Any premium on these? Not sure about the embossing showing from a heavily printed backs. "United States of America"....

    In their condition, no premium would be attached from the embossing alone.

    even if they were gem there probably wouldn't be any premium. that is pretty common on those notes. i have seen hundreds in the years i have collected

    Yea, I see them a lot as well - New and Old. I even see people on eBay try to call them partial offset errors.
    Now the TTG might give them a label if it were done with the third printing, but it still needs to be a lot darker and very blotchy on the printed side.

    I agree with the others on these notes.

    If a premium is what you seek, then seek premium quality. Put the spending power of these notes towards something that will maintain a premium amongst collectors.

    ...or try to posture the Minneapolis district note as a birthday note.
