Not sure what period that fouree is from.

Interesting Sev. A. I cant find the RIC for that reverse either, only with VIRTUS holding victory. Could it be a fake too?

I think its a female of the fouree, but Caracalla was written on the slip.

I don't think the one of S. Alexander is fake, not modern or platted at least.
