I just discovered that all of my eBay listings inherited a 15% restocking charge when I began selling a non-numismatic item several weeks ago. I've gone back and removed that charge from all of my coin listings, but do not know how my default return policy could change like that. I created an entirely different return policy for that non-numismatic item I listed, so it's not as if I accidentally revised my default policy. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you know why it occurred?
