Considering it has the wrong reverse (stars under the eagle) even with the terrible photos it's easily discernible as a counterfeit.
The words of the listing matter... "repro" Even if they aren't clear it helps them get away with more. But ebay does not allow reproductions listed in the authentic coins categories... I'm quick to report things as are others...usually the listings disappear fairly quickly, even if they pop back up at some point again lol!
