I tend to feel that if a coin is still in an OGH then it's correctly graded. The ones that were thought to be upgradeable have pretty much already been cracked out and resubmitted. Note I say that this is a feeling of mine with no hard evidence backing it.
That thing gotta be completely flawless to get a 67 can't really tell from the pics I like the ogh send it to cac instead
Not a + in my opinion. Don't ever crack it. Nice coin but I would not risk it coming back at a lower grade.
If there are no marks on the coin, how did it get a 66? For that matter, even a 67 would have marks. For me, this is one of those cases where I would have to see the coin in hand. Sorry, I can't take your word for what is there and what isn't. Chris
You might try PCGS Reconsideration where they won't reholder it unless it upgrades by at least a +, *, or point, depending upon what criteria you specify; and if it does, the boost in notoriety would be worth the grading fee; if it doesn't, I would submit it to CAC. I would also suggest polishing the slab regardless of what you decide to to--just remember to put "Delicate Surface" Painters Tape over the Reverse Label so you don't dissolve the foil.
