could this be a 1964 DDO Kennedy??

I was looking thru some 1964 Kennedys I have and noticed this one. I know these are horrible pictures, taken with a cell phone camera. May not be able to tell anything, but if some of you think its a possibility I will find another way to get better pictures for confirmation.

wow wow wow, pretty impressive find, its definitly not PMD and it looks great like a DDO, get better pictures and the experts might tell you what it is.

 

Doesn't look like a doubled die. My vote is damaged.
