Could Someone Identify This Coin?

    The oddest coin I've seen. Don't remember where I got it. I would appreciate if someone could identify the language/country/denomination. I have posted the front and back of the coin.

    Edit-It is about the size of a nickel, almost exactly, although it is thinner. It seems heavy for its size.
