Corrosion/ weathering oror Error or both?

    IMG_20180822_131537.jpg IMG_20180822_131019.jpg IMG_20180822_131050.jpg IMG_20180822_131147.jpg IMG_20180822_131019.jpg b IMG_20180822_131050.jpg Found this 1986 Philly dime and noticed the Distortion at the top of the coin then when I looked close saw the line through the word "states" and above the "O" in "of" , so I guess the question is would either defect have occurred during manufacturing, and if not ,is there anyway to determine what the cause of it was ?
    PS: also thought the T and Y in Liberty seemed a little off and possibly the head slightly crooked but not too sure, it could justbe my eyes.

    Could be from a worn die strike and circulation wear
