Howdy ch77 - welcome to the Forum ! I don't know that much about ancients - but that looks like either a very poorly made cast copy or a very corroded coin if it is original. So even if it is genuine - it would be worth very little because of the condition.
I don't know much about ancients either - but I'm inclined to the "very poorly made cast copy" theory.
