Had this one for a little while and kept it as odd. I have read about "chocolate" colored Sac's and wondered if this could be one of the experimental planchets or missing the clad layer.. IMG_20190409_113548.jpg IMG_20190409_113519.jpg IMG_20190409_113447.jpg

Thanks. I figured because the weight is definitely within tolerance but recently came across the experimental wash coins in an article and it got me to wondering

Not an Experimental Rinse coin - sorry

And, by the way, the ER's weight exactly the same
    as a normal Sac. dollar.

Just read an article on this topic on smalldollars.com in which you were quoted, nifty! Just curious how you identified this one as not an ER coin. Have they all been seen already, or is it something like the different colors obv and rev that give it away?
