Hello CT WORLD, Could this 2022 quarter have copper overflow? Unable to find anything similar or just like. Can you help me to identify, please Also on the reverse near the word "unum" is that a possible over greased spot? Any input is truly appreciated
Looks like a normal quarter to me. Perhaps a bit of burnished copper that made its way around the edge. Copper is pretty soft and malleable. The rest looks a bit like circulation damage.
Another thing you need to know is these are business strikes. Producing perfect business strikes is not the Mints intention…quantity is their intention. So they are going to overuse the dies and allow sloppy copies to be made. That’s what your coin is…imo…Spark
