Hey gang, I recently came across a 1999 $1 star note. The note is crackling new but has a small tick in one corner. This looks more like a paper defect than an actually fold. Does the note lose CU status because of this? Does it lose any premium value? Serial number is A00000035*. Thanks everyone!!
Nice find!!! Others would have to comment on grading and I would bet they would want to see a picture. Nice low number with a star should still bring a premium in crisp condition. Please show it off! Best Regards ~ Darryl
Nice find. Definitely a keeper. It's hard to comment on the condition without a picture...but any defect does affect the grade. How much is completely dependent on the defect.
