Let me ask you - would you rather have each of those bills, or their denomination in spendable money? As with all collectibles, that's the fundamental question each collector must ask him/herself about each and every item they are considering for their collection. There is no universal right or wrong answer. To me the answer is a resounding "show me the money", for you it may well be "gimme for my collection", and both answers are correct in context.
