Cool finds in the ole' pocket today!

    Found these in pocket change today.

    Pic #1 I was just suprised to see this coin in such good condition.
    Pic #2 Some strange stuff going on with this one. Maybe off center. Maybe post mint. not sure.

    I like that penny! Actually I'm starting to get a lot more enjoyment out of picking really nice examples out of circiulation. If for no other reason, you're more likely to get those than that elusive 1914-D !!! And I'm seeing more and more auctions on e-bay for AU/BU memorial lincoln cents - so there's money in them thar hills!!! :)

    Dime does look post mint damage but nice find on the penny. I think its the assumption that a penny in that good of shape will be 2000- on that when its so old it makes it that much better! Congrats

    i sometimes see some cents like that from the 60's. pretty neat how they stay like that for so many years. i guess its been sitting in a roll or piggy bank for 44 years!
