It's a cast counterfeit/replica. The bumpy surface is the dead giveaway. This is a genuine piece. Notice how smooth the coin is.

These replicas have been made for years, even in cereal boxes if I remember right. Probably 1000 of these for every real one, and in a non collector hands more like 1,000,000 to one. Don't worry, you are not the first by far to wonder if these are real. Common question.
