Found in rolls won. It was not bodybagged for cleaning, but apparently there was graffiti on the collar of the coin, that I never noticed. What an egregious error on my part. Foundinrolls, please PM me your address.

Oh by the way, I'm not sure if that part of the coin is called the collar, I guess the rims might be more appropriate terminology.
