I'm wondering what the quality of these were like and if they were made in the US as well as China. Has China made these for all these years or did it stop and start back up in modern times? Anyone have an image of a contemporary one? Thanks.
Counterfeit production is hard to pin down, so there's not a lot of info on where and when certain specimens are made. If they were made in the USA for souvenirs I would guess they would also be stamped "copy". Here the one I got from a local flee market.
