My trip to the coin show at Baltimore turned up several coins I considered special but I bought a few just because they were half decent and priced reasonably. This one got pushed to the back of the stack because I thought it was a common one but now I can't find the exact coin in RIC so maybe I should have shown it more respect. What is special about it is what it lacks: no field letters, no dots. Can anyone find a match I'm missing? 22mm 4.55g
Good question. I read H but if you can find it in RIC by reading N then I could deal with the possibility that it is an N. Look at the portrait and tell me what mint it is from style. I believe the Adam's Apple is the result of damage to the neck but I'd love to see another coin of this die just to be sure of that, too.
I think its Heraclea as well. Edit: dane has one thats not the same, but similar and unlisted. Heraclea 90 Maybe another unlisted variety?
