Better or worse than expected? I like it! Looks like purple/lime toning on the rev.

OH, ok. I don't really understand ancient yet. Thought the smalb said 8mile and it was an old rap coin fortelling of emineim. LOL Could you break the info down a little so I can understand?

    8 mile hehe

    SMALB is the mintmark.

this it what was on the listing

"After the death of Constantine the Great (early 4th Cent A.D.), his surviving sons issued a pair of coins to commorate his life.

In this coin, we see the veiled head of Constantine with the latin legend that translates to 'Divine Constantine, Father of Emperors'.

On the other side is a depiction of Constantine standing veiled with the Latin initials -VN MR, meaning 'of Venerated Memory".

Buried in the dry sands of Syria for nearly 17 centuries, this is a remarkable coin with historical Christian importance, and quite scarce in this fine condition."

Thanks :) I cant say I'm unhappy with what I got. paid $10, and I do beleive the seller that it was lost.

heres what i bid on though.

I was bidding on it mainly because of the color.
